You are here is a celebratory temporary intervention to participate in introducing the new National Waterfront Museum. In response to the traditional brief proposing to use art installations thought necessary to attract visitors from the car park to the highly visible new museum, our approach was self consciously light hearted.
Literally drawing attention to the building, You are here references to the red arrow found on maps to describe your location and functions as an attraction visible throughout the city and around the bay, bringing this new building into the consciousness of the passer by.
The installation was in place for one month.

You are here was commissioned by Velocity for the 2014 Commonwealth games in Glasgow and was flying above the Merchant City Festival for two weeks.

You are here was commissioned by SFAI celebrate the opening of the new Fort Mason Campus. SFAI is commissioning artists over 2017/18 to share new works in, around, and beyond the building.
